The L-930 integrates two core functions:
Reel Merging Function:
Capable of automatically merging multiple reels or high-usage reels into a single large reel, significantly reducing material waste, splicing frequency, and warehouse management complexity. During the merging process, silkscreen comparison and electrical verification are used for dual-error prevention, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout.
Tape Verification Function:
Performs electrical and silkscreen consistency checks during reel storage and retrieval to prevent incorrect materials from entering the warehouse or production line. The process is simple and efficient, greatly reducing staff workload. The entire operationis digitally traceable and can be seamlessly integrated with existing WMS systems.
