SM-60 Nozzle Cleaning Machine
The SM-60 nozzle cleaning machine can automatically complete the nozzle cleaning and blow-drying process, and is mainly used to clean small mounted components, such as: 0603, 0402, 0201, 01005 and other high-precision nozzles.
SM-60 is based on Mitsubishi PLC as the control core, adopts modular control, and adopts multiple protection measures in design, with high automation, strong reliability and excellent performance.
This machine adopts the cleaning method of “ultrasonic cleaning + pulse pressure rinsing+ pulse pressure air drying”. Compared with traditional models, it is more efficient and clean.
